Questions about billing
Can we change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Write to us and we change it the same day; you pay the difference from the next invoice.
How do we pay?
By invoice, monthly or yearly. We don't take card payments on the site yet.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing stops working. Your admin shows a note, and we talk about the right plan together.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST/HST or other sales taxes are added where they apply.
Can we cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. You can download your bookings first, and we erase your data when you ask.
