Live demo
Try it yourself.
Maple Hall Community Centre is a fictional community centre running on Beaver Book. Book a room as a member would, then change it from the email you get.
demo.beaverbook.ca · It's a real Beaver Book site with made-up rooms. Bookings there are not real and are cleared every night.
What to try
Four things to try.
Book a room
Pick Cedar Studio, a day, how long and a start time, then fill in the short form. Cedar Studio needs approval, so you'll see a request; Maple Kitchen confirms at once.
Unlock a room with a code
The Birch Room is only for people who have its code. Enter demo-1234 to see its calendar and book it.
Change it from your email
Use your own email address: you get the confirmation with a calendar file and a private link to change the time or cancel.
Do it all on your phone
Open the demo on your phone: it's made for one hand, on a small screen.
Guided tour
Want to see the admin side?
The demo's admin isn't open to everyone. Ask us for a guided tour: we show you approvals, the schedule, the form editor and the branding, with your rooms in mind.
